maybe people are tired of negativity??
I've only been posting to this site for about a month now, and for the most part have gotten a lot of helpful and kind responses. Thank you very much!
However, I know I hesitate to participate at times, and have chosen not to share any of my songs in this forum, because there's a 50-50 chance that someone will jump in with a rude or judgemental remark. (I know I got accused of "spamming" just because I included my website address in one of my posts.)
I'm extremely disappointed to see how nasty certain people here chose to be to manning1 when he has gone out of his way to post very helpful information.
Maybe for some people it's just not worth putting themselves out there?? I don't know. Most of the time on posting boards we are dealing with complete strangers, so I guess it's really just a crap shoot.
Perhaps we should all just stop for a second and think about the impact our comments might have on others before posting.
What's so funny 'bout peace, love, and understanding??
