What does THIS button do?
The drums and bass on this are midi, through guitar-pro actually. But the 3 guitars (only 2 at a time) are recorded direct into my sound card with acid pro. I'm not going to name the type of amp cuz I wanna see if you guys can guess... :p

Something Something

Anyway, let me know what you guys think of my sound... thx. :D

First 35 sec is mostly drums that mask guitar sound. I'd change this.

Next 20 sec sounds out of time. Perhaps this is intended, but I never cared for this concept.

Next 40 sec sounds good. Things change a little then, but still OK.

Song completely changes at 2:40, with a clean tone that sound a little out of tune.

From a song view, it has no clear character. More like a series of rifs tacked together.

I prefer the old Led Zeppelin approach, where a single rif forms the basis for most of a song.

Dude please remember he's only after opinions on the Guitar sound in the song!

I think the tone is not bad, good for this style of music however it sounds a little flat and distant (not loud enough maybe for a guitar driven song). The drums dominate way too much.

The tone needs "beefing up" a little for this style :)

True, however most of what I said amounts to a lack of consistency in sound at both song and guitar level.

There appear to be two (or more) guitars going at once, and the result is sometimes more muddy than clear.

I prefer a tone that stands out, one way or another.

I'd say it's not a bad tone at all. Could use some beefing up to fit the tune, but a good place to start.
