what can you tell me about the FMR Audio Preamp RNP8380 preamp?

Do a Search for RNP and you will find many reviews. It is a fine mic pre.

I think it would be a step up from the one you're currently using, although the electroharmonix gets good reviews for the price. The RNP is a fine pre amp. I own one and am happy with it.

i've used one along side hardys, apis, 1272s, and dakings for room mics at a basic tracking gig...cool pre.

I know the Daking costs a whole lot more..... but how would you compare it to the RNP ?
