What benefit from upgrading from HS4XL to Sonar5 Studio?

I'm wondering what would be the benefits of upgrading from Sonar Home Studio 4XL to Sonar 5 Studio? I know there are a few more soft synths, but what else to I gain from the $200 upgrade?

I've looked at the feature list of Sonar 5 Studio, and I'm not sure if it's truly worth it. Any facts/opinions/recommendations?

64-bit processing if you have a 64-bit processor and a 64-bit operating system. Have fun finding 64-bit drivers though, it can be pain in the ass depending on what you have and how old it is. Might want to wait until Sonar 6 comes out in a few weeks.
