So you're down to $200. Okay. How many vocalists? I'd recommend any of the following:
Shure SM58
Shure PG58
Shure 565SD
They each have their own feel. I also like pretty much anything by AKG, though I don't own much from them.
Some other thoughts would be that if you ever end up doing any piano recording, a decent mid-side stereo mic would be useful, though none of the really good ones fall into that price range.
