what am i doing wrong?

this is my spec - i'm trying to use a focusrite 1st gen solo with asio4all driver - os is win 10 pro - my DAW is reaper - my vst is guitar rig 6 - either the asio doesn't work or i have to use wasapi but there's latency - any help would be much appreciated -

asio4all is a terrible driver for recording type applications - it's kind of like superglue - it works but really for many jobs there are far better ones!
