what about the AT 3528?

What is your opinion on this mic? I would be using 2 of them for drum overheads, acoustic guitar, and vocals. Would it be good for drums and guitar atleast? Also, how do the AT 3528 and the AKG C1000 compare? Would the C 1000 be better suited to my needs?
