What´s the trick?

i've bought from that seller a couple of times-- they're good cables. the trick is that cable makers buy in bulk-- spools of cable, large numbers of connectors, etc. so it's way cheaper for them to get the parts. i've bought cables from redco too-- they make awesome cables as well, but they aren't exactly the most economical choice.
