you can't, because Mesa doesn't allow pricing on the internet, nor do they allow price discounts (or hikes) on their gear.
 
correction... you CAN buy new mesas online, but not from US ran compaines. Foreign compaines also are more expensive (duh!); the price discounts and hikes are only applicable in the US. However if you live 125 miles from an authorized mesa dealer you can order them direct.
