Hey WATYF, my first review of anyones stuff on here (first one I've heard I liked enough to comment on...

), and I have to say...I love the song. Reminds me of the song from 'the crow' (cant remember which one it is....but it'll come to me....)
I see why you rave about the taylor guitar. Very nice sound, very full bodied.....(works perfectly for the style of song...)
On the bass POV, headphones do filter out a lot of the bass you naturally here resonating through the floor, wall, table etc from your speakers. Hence until you get used to compensating for this, you always put more bass in than you need. (well I do anyway)...
I agree with the comment earlier that it would be nice to hear the chorus a little more / a little earlier...but dude, dont change it if it aint broken.....
You
Do have a good voice....very individual. I suffer from the same problem, I hear my own voice so often, that I think it must be as boring to everyone else as it is to me......(its why It always ends up low in my mixes....lol)...honestly...leave the song as it is, dont change the key. It has the right 'feel' with you singing low and high.....it should sound a little of a push at the highs, but if you drop it any, you'll lose the feel at the bottom.....my only advice would be practice singing the highs....dont change a song to cater for something your struggling with...push urself a little harder and fix the bit ur struggling with.......It'll be worth it in the long run.
erm...I'll write some more when i've had more listens....need to digest it a few times....
