Website design Critique

I just wanted to get some feedback on the overall design of my website, You can view it here @ www.cyanidedependency.com

I am going to have audio files posted, and were also working on a video and some photo galleries for the visual section.

it's great except that it's in flash. imo, flash is terrible and if you want intend to gain business from this, it's a bad idea because the idea is to have it work on as many computers as possible. I'd go with css/html/ajax that works on all browsers on all operating systems. make it degrade well.

I was thinking I should Make a CSS version as well, but when you look at market saturation for flash I really didnt htink it would be that important, 98% of the internet is already using at least flash 7 and 96% is already up to speed with flash 8, but I should do it anyway, for slower bandwidth people, there are still some people on and archaic thing... dialup was it? lol,

i like it so far....

i dont know if i like the green text...i think regular white text would look alot better against the black background in the frames. But i think its simple to navigate and looks nice.

Its clean and simple/easy to navigate, there are a few small things I would change:

The news "ticker: thats changes every few seconds, if you can, change the font to ariel, its defaulting to times, and it looks kinda wierd. also, I'm not a big fan of html frames, my site uses flash, and anotehr site i did (www.ill-conceived.com) uses whats called an I-Frame or layer Frame, basicly you gett he same effect, but you can maximize your SEO and drive more traffic to your site. If you want to link to external content and always have your site be available, you could launch other sites in java windows, set the size and location on the screen so your page is always still visible in the bg.
