cut holes for where the blow out fans are

Wouldn't that make the dampening pointless? I mean, I understand that you wouldn't cover up the fans but those are the things that are making the noise. That's like using zit creme and putting it everywhere but on the problem area.

see if you knew how to build a pc right (not saying you dont) but theres to kinds of fans ones that blow air in your pc to drive the heat to a certain point (usualy to fans that blow out air) these fans that blow out air are not very high powerd and virtualy make no noise so it wouldnt matter to cut the damining pads around there.
