Hello. I have a Fostex 3180 in really good shape if you are interested. Its very very clean inside and outside is great as well. Not flawless on the outside but definitely not an eyesore. It comes with the rack ears as well and i found a pdf manual online. You can make a stereo signal from a mono one with this thing, and there is supposedly a built in limiter. You can hear the sound of it on these recordings (not my recordings, but its the same make and model reverb):

Oh yeah, also, those recordings were made on a 388.
