VST24 & Win.XP, or 2000

Will CubaseVST24 run on XP?
I thought it ran on 2000...? Anyone Know?
Got a steal of a deal on VST24, but I don't run
98 anymore, thank the Lord!

I have VST32 and it runs in Win2000 and XP....you may want to look at the steinberg website, but I don't see why 24 wouldn't also run on those systems.
