VST question and other plugins

What's up guys. Currently I'm using an IbookG4 with ProTools Mpowered and was wondering if I purchased FXpansion VST to RTAS plugin would windows vst such as the free SIR reverb work on my mac? Also, I'm still trying to figure out what plug bundle to get. Which plugins are better between Psp and Nomad Factory? I'm thinking of getting the PsP Mixpack and Nomad Factory Essential Audio Suite. Which would you guys prefer? Any help would be appreciated. thanks alot

That is the purpose of the FXpansion VST to RTAS plugin, so yes.
 
yes but doesn't the software have to be compatible with mac first.
 
Maybe I'm not understanding your question correctly.

The FXpansion is a program written for Mac that will convert the Windows based .VST files to the Mac based .RTAS files.
