Still Learning.......
I have checked my manual and haven't been able to find anything that explains in very very simple terms how to do this - when it comes to MIDI it may aswell be in Dutch! Seriously, I don't know anything about using MIDI really.......
All I need to do is make a MIDI drum track (using LM-9, which I downloaded) which I can then play along to on guitar as a click. I have done this in Cubasis with my Audigy no problems, but this is the first time since I upgraded to VST/32 and my new soundcard that I've tried to do this particularly.
I'm using a Gadget Labs Wave 8/24 interface into a mixer then into monitors, etc. All I need to do is be able to score out a drum part, then copy and past it so it keeps going. Then be able to hear it through the speakers.
So far I've got LM-9 working and have just managed to score out the drums, but theres nothing coming out of the monitors. Please Please Please could someone give me an idea on how to fix this.
Oh yeah, and the weird thing is that when I open up LM-9 through the VST instrument section and press the individual buttons to hear the drums, and it still comes out of the speakers, which suggests to me I have a set up problem with each track.
Am I right?
Thankyou.
Neil
