VS880EX Scenes

By pushing the scene selection buttons, can you switch back and forth between scenes while the song is playing? If so, is there a 'hitch' or 'pause' in the song when you do or is it pretty seamless?

nope you can't change scenes while it's playing. it should be in the manual. you have to stop the song before you can change to another scene. i've taken there word for it and haven't really gotten into using the scenes yet so i guess it can never hurt to just try it. i don't think it will spontaniously combust anyway...

If you have the patience,you can accomplish what amounts to the same thing by using Automix,which does work while the song is playing.You can also change FX by sending them Midi Program Change messages and Continuous Controller messages.
