Would anyone know the best way to bring track into pro tools from a VS1680 without losing too much quality?

Use the digital output or either use the analog output to record each track to Protools. If u can find someone with an Roland VS-2000, 2400, or 2480 they can open your VS session up and transfer your files to .wav files or audio files.(alot quicker than recording each track into protools) I have an VS-2000cd if that is something u need done let me know.
