Volume Envelope

I set a volume emvelope to a midi track. I have it descending. When it gets there. it crackles as it descends. Does'nt happen on audio tracks. And stranger is it doesn't happen all the time. I could slap an envelope in another track on the same project and no crackle. Not a big deal cuase when I save and export. Crackle isnt there, just annoying when mixing. Any ideas. thanks

how r u saving and exporting a midi track... oh, its a DX track.

i you go into the pain roll view and apply expression (controller 11) or volume (controller 7) to the track instead of using the track volume envelope does it still crackle?

crossstudio, not sure what you mean. Will try to look up. I don't see expression or controller 7? Where is that? thanks
