Anyone know how to cheaply put a volume control on a speaker? it's in a church and they want to torn down the speaker in the kid's room when the chior starts in singing......get a light dimmer or something?

I have potmeter controls in the studio. Really simple and straightforward...just a 19" blindpanel with one potmeter, and on the back stereo input/output soldered with jack or xlr inputs. That way I can control the volume of the speakers from my seat. Just make sure the potmeter is before the amps.

When reading your post again, I realize you'll probably need the control between the amp and speaker. Can't help you with that!
