Volume Control Not Working .. HELP!

When I open it up, it goes to a minimized position down at the bottom. I right click it to maximize it and it won't open up! How can I fix this?

Help please. I hate controlling my volume in patchmix! :-]

All the devices are working properly too, but for some reason volume control won't open up. sheeesh
