When doing a voice over on a song do i have to have another mic hooked to the adat?Or with out unhooking and hooking plugs can i use the same mic and do the voice over on a different track?
i queried a few people on this and the response i got was no , unless u have a digital mixer with a virtual patchbay ... i never found out 100% for sure if this was right , but it sounded pretty honest ... it would be nice to be able to switch inputs but from what ive seen it aint possible .. maybe try the alesis forum....
