Sure you can put voiceovers onto cassette tapes. You can mix your voiceover with the backround music while you record or you use a multitrack tape recorder (the preffered method). What do you have to record with?

im recording a demo for my band, i heard from a friend i can record the music on a cassettes and rewind it and record the vocals. i record on a $#!+y boom box
