Hi, can anybody point me in the direction of a free voice changing program/software please?

I want to be able to do this real time, so as i am recording my videos (I'm usually recording the screen of my PC) and speaking into my microphone my voice is already being changed for that video and recorded so i can just upload the video to youtube etc with the voice changed already

Is there anything out there on the internet to help me do this please?

Thanks

What would you like your voice changed into? I don't get it.....

There's not much out there that could do any changes live--and even recording and processing later you're not going to get much more than raising or lowering the pitch a bit. This quickly starts to sound artificial if you go too far.

Honestly, your best option is to do a bit of acting and change your own voice as you speak. You'll be amazed at what you can do after a bit of practice. I've worked with some voice over artists who could be everybody in a scene and seamlessly switch voices in real time.

If just changing pitch is enough and it MUST be real time, watch eBay for a second hand Behringer Virtualiser. The original version as some funky effects and can be had pretty cheap. You'll have to work out how to get a mic signal into it though.

Hi, Basically i record my screen and make videos/presentations and then upload them to youtube so other people can see them later. I speak into my microphone and record my screen and use "EPIC PEN" to draw on my screen as i talk and then i upload the whole thing to youtube

I just want to change the voice that goes with the video basically

Is there anything that does this?

Thanks, I saw something called "morphvox" there is youtube video about it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=13t69RVq1YY there is a voice called "hell demon" (it is on the video after 1 minute 46 secs")

I wanted a voice like that, so when i speak into my MIC thats how it records on my video while i record my PC screen (windows 7)

Is this not possible?

Darth Vader voice box?

Saw one in Maplin a week ago!

Dave.

One of the problems you will face is having to run the vocal through a program and output the program into the video recording program. If you can route everything to do that, you will still have to deal with the latency created by the program.

An outboard harmonizer would probably be your best bet. Bobbsy gave you a good option for that. He also came up with the best sounding option, unless you want it to sound digital and glitchy.
