please answer to all these questions, don't say practice or whatever shit.
Nice of you to ask the most vague question and then tell people how not to answer. The questions you ask are ridiculously vague.
what are you doing to mix vocals.
How do you expect people to answer this. You play with the volume, panning, EQ until it sounds the way YOU want it to sound. DId you really expect to get a specific answer to this????
what effects you use and how?
Um....it depends on what you want for the song you're mixing.
what are you adding in mastering?
Mixing and mastering are 2 different thins. There's nothing you can do in mastering that will only affect the vocals and nothing else.
how loud must be the vocals?
Are you seriously expecting to get an answer that will help you here??? The vocals need to be as loud as you want them. How else can that be answered??? You want a number??? OK....23.
how to get vocals sounding over distortion and be in good level in clean parts?
OK, that's ALMOST an answerable question. If you're having trouble balancing vocal level with loud and soft parts of the music, then you could use your volume fader on the vocals to bring them up and down, or you can automate the vocal level. There are other options, like compression, etc....
the other instruments are PERFECT mixed.
HAHAHA! Judging by your post, I highly doubt that's the case.
I'm not trying to be a jerk, but you ask about 10 questions that have no definite answer, then you tell people that they BETTER answer ALL your questions, while telling us how NOT to answer. It's plain stupidity.
