VM-200 Rack ears

Anyone know where Ican find these? I know that Fostex had them, but I couldn't find them . Heard they were around $90 (?)

Any help would be much appreciated.

whoops..that link didn't work.
Do this: go to www.fostex.com
Go to the American site, click on Store
You will get a message saying that it is under construction or something, but there is another link on that page that says store, click it and go to Accessories.
