Vinyl Crackling sound...how?

does anyone have that link to the site/program/sound (not sure which as i never actually went to the site..only bookmarked it at work but have now lost the link) that lets you add a sound to your music similar to a 'crackling' you'd get from a vinyl record?
i'd really appreciate it...
