He did make good on the item. I got a check which covered the item, respectfully.

I beg to differ here. I have purchased several items from Ted Arnold and he is quite reputable. He items are always inexpensive, of the hightest quality, promptly delivered, and you do receive a money back guarantee. It is always a pleasure to do business with Ted, and I would highly recommend doing business with him for anyone who wants quality products and efficient service.

I did receive payment for the item eventually. I just didn't understand his attitude and he was very argumentative about it.
