Very cool. The drums seem a lil in your face and dry ( the snare). Its a nice lil instumental.
 
i dig this tune completely, nice rich choise of sounds, good composition, playing is good. i'm very fond of the intro, almost imediatly sounded familiar and only the best tunes can do that.

i don't like the mix though, i have the feeling the balance between the instruments is off, the drums are - as davidk said - too loud and dry, th solo guitare is too soft and distant, ... .

problems that are easy to fix.

top tune. i really like the jazzy feel here and there now i hear it the second time.

The drums are Steinberg's Groove Agent. The snare does seem a little hot now that you mention it.
 
Nice playing all around, especialy dig the bass work....
Lots of different instruments and sounds to enjoy - kept it interesting.
Some mixing on the drums but the rest sounds really well mixed...
Sweet.....
