VF80 1.05 Update Information

Here is the VF80 owner's manual supplement that discusses the software update:

This is not a patch for any errors. Fostex is just adding a couple of functional features, nothing critical.

1. Adds a "chain play" feature allowing the machine to play multiple programs continuously, I guess analogous to "continuous play" on a CD deck?

2. Allows you to load, from the CD-1A multiple songs or tracks to one program (prior to this each song or track was assigned a new program).

Hey SV,

I don't want to turn on my VF80 just to find out, but I believe my machine, purchased in February, came with V1.05 already installed. Is this a new update you're talking about?

Hmmm....for some odd reason, I through it was.....My VF already has it also (purchased in March).
