Vegas Video 3.0! (CD Arch comes back)...

Got an email from SF today. VV3.0 is out. Mostly video based enhancements.

Things that did catch my eye:
Introductory pricing of $199 (if you get the email)
Dual Processor Support
New Envelope features
CD Redbook writing
Can Import CD Arch projects

(I don't do much with the video stuff at all, rafts of that...)

Thanks Queue, I just answered a thread where I suggested the person use CD Architect (but I wasn't sure if Sonic Foundry still made it).
Now I know for sure that they do. ;)

Don't know if they'll sell CD arch as a standalone product any more, but it appears they've folded all the functionality into Vegas Video 3.0.

I told the individual to look on Hitsquad.com for the CD Architect.
