Yeah, I've got the FR-7, had it for over a year and WOW! almost like the real deal, but with more possibilities, and some minor limitations, like you can't do triple+ bellow shakes, but that hasn't stopped me from making incredible music. Also, if you want to go wireless and use external MIDI, you can't really rome about, due to having to plug into the pedal board for the MIDI options. But once you get used to the feel of the box, it is effortless jamming. I used to play 4 sets a night with a hulking 30-lb Sonola, and I would be exhausted by the end of the gig. With this one, I still have enough energy after the gig to pack up everything and not worry about the toll on my body.
