USB interface 80dba instead of cloudlifter

Hello,

I need to start recording voice over. I have a shure SM7B and I am thinking of buying either scarlett solo that has 56dba with a fethead , dynamite or a cloudlifter .
Some else recommended getting Presonus Studio 68c which has 80dba without the need for a mic preamp.

scarlett + cloudlifer is about the same price as Presounus 68c.

What is your opinion on it?

No brainer looking at the specs! Four mic line inputs and 4 outputs plus MIDI/S/PDIF on a D sub all at a very attractive price.

The EIN figure of -130dBu looks a bit sus' but Presonus are a well respected, long established studio equipment firm so I don't doubt the pre amps are very good indeed.
