us 1800 w/reaper no right side on playback

Not on headphones or monitors. Both sides play while recording, and I can see both sides on stereo track. This is my first go at this combo, first day with both the us1800 and the reaper software, so I'm hoping that I just need to enable or activate the right side somehow...

Not sure if I should be sposting in reaper or here, so pardon the double post...

Check the panning on the recorded track. Maybe that's all the way to the left.

negative, pan is dead center, and I can see both sides meters moving.
It's odd as the headphones are doing the same thing. Headphone volume is really weak as well....
