The US-122 users guide says the following:
"... fast EIDE hard disk is required for throughput of multiple audio tracks."
The question is, what do they consider "fast?" My Toshiba laptop more than meets the minimum system requirements, but I don't know if my HD is fast enough. Here are the specs for the HD:
20.0 GB, 9.5mm height, 0.2lbs, Enhanced IDE (ATA-4), 2.5”
• 13/13ms average access time (read/write)
• 3/3ms track to track seek time (read/write)
Service removable
4200 rpm drive rotation
Supports PIO mode4, Ultra DMA Mode4
Will this be fast enough to support the US-122?
