Where do they excel? Where do they suck?

What would be a "good" price on a pair?

i've read that some cost cutting measures were taken in its design and manufacture.
from what I can remember it is a fully intergrated circuit design whereas the earlier units are more discreet.

Brownell has a pair they are selling. I am thinking I can get them for fairly cheap since they are quitting retail.
