Does anyone know if it's possible to upgrade to Sonar 5 from home studio and roughly how much it will cost?

and what are the benefits of upgrading as far as what more is offered (effects, soft synths, sound quality, compressors, reverbs, ease of use) Is it a whole new (better) ballgame?
