Not too shabby, bro. Bass click is back! Nice... I can hear the clicks of the kicks, too... Nice! Guitars are put way back, but not too far... Nice! Guitars are sync'ed a bit better. Nice! Vocals are great.

Yeah... This is your best mix of this, for sure!

My only nit is the click on the bass might be a bit too hot, but not by much. If anything, I'd just swap the click on the kicks for the one on the bass. I think that might be darned near perfect.

Thanks man. I too freakin' love that snare sound. The hardest part of this all though is mixing snare on a blast beat. Derrick blasts freaking hard but no matter what unless you trigger blasting is going to be less hot than a standard backbeat snap. When I look at the snare track waveform, it literally looks squished during the blast sections. I can super-compress it but then you just get that insane ping sound. I think I managed a fair trade off with this mix. I did not want to use any samples on the snare.
