Two Original Songs, thoughts?

Recently I recorded two original songs, one with a friend, and the other was just something random we did, we were tired, been practicing for 5 hours, and just decided to record a jam... So basically, I want critique/comments on the the first in its entirety, and the second one more on the drums than the guitar (I'm trying to get good at mixing drums)

It sounds fine dawg. Seems like the vocals may be a little too loud though.
