The amp has NOS tubes, Sylvania Black Plate JAN 6V6 GTA, and the two Preamp tubes, one is Made in Germany, The other is made in Gt. Britain.
I think they sound wonderful!!
I had a set of JJ 6V6s in it but they sounded a little harsh,... Brittle and piercing/
These Sylvanias are warm and full and sound great...

I thought it sounded cool. But I think I heard some rattling on some of the louder chords. Either that or something was clipping. There was some sort of distortion besides what the guitar/speaker were making.

I changed out one of the preamp tubes, and put in a NOS Sylvania JHS 12ax7 Black Plate
It uped the input and is very crisp and clean as a whistle, and also sounds great...!!!
