Turntable getting Stuck sound?

Okay dont really know how to explain what exactly it is, but its used a lot in electronic music and quite a few other genres as well. It's like the needle got stuck on one part so the same part repeats. Can anyone help me with that?

I think its comes around 1:02


Also how to do this dissonant sounding thing as well. Which comes quite a few times..0:25, 1:10 etc.

To do the repeating turntable thing, just copy-and-paste the desired part on a track.
