Tucson AZ residents - AKG D112

I don't know how much of a 'deal' this is but thought I'd mention it.

I was at Guitar Center in Tucson yesterday and they were letting their last AKG D112 go for $155. No box or warranty card. It's been in the display case and apparently never used.
