Trying to burn a song with a 48k Sample rate

Well there seems to be something sort of restriction on burning a song with a 48k sample rate. The system VS-1428 CD reported only that the song was not a 44.1 song. I am thinking that this is refereing to the sample rate that I set when I created the new song. My point and questin is , is there anyway I can burn this song by changing the sample rate or like going into some cryptic menu option that was not put into any manual? Please help and any help will be much appreciated!
 
No, you have to go outside of the VS. For example to record it with a stand alone CD burner, or record it on a computer, do the sample rate conversion there (or simply record it analog) and then record it back if you want to burn the CD on the VS...
