Let me rephrase for someone who is looking to be difficult: Since a professional prosecutor has suggested that Trump has broken the law - I believe there's a good chance that he has. If in fact he has - and it can be proven beyond the shadow of doubt (as they say) - then I think he should be held accountable.

You recall John Edwards was indicted for very similar circumstances?

I was refreshing myself on the details and they’re remarkably similar. Jury deadlocked and feds elected to not start another trial.

And trump may very well get away with this as well. I've read that of his 4 indictments this is the one that is the most defensible from an attorney's perspective.

Honestly I don't. (And I ain't gonna cheat and google - I'm running fresh off whatever is left of me gray matter.) I know the name and that's about it. I was gonna say Gennifer Flowers but that was Gary Hart - I think? I may or may not be buggered enough to look it up. No matter. You and Porter are fairly astute (fairly may be a reach - :unsure: lol).

Anyways. I think the whole thing is a farce disguising ulterior motive - lol IMO - you knew that. If the Trumpster gets elected all this shit gets pardoned away. If he doesn't he'll just retire and leave the whole clusterfuck in appelate hell. Wouldn't you?

I agree it’s all farce and an embarrassment to the US, but Trump played 95% of the role in creating it. We didn’t get here only because democrats.
 
Seems so far its Trump 10 Prosecution 0.....nothing sticks to Teflon Don, or it is appealed for another year or more which is a win for team Trump.
Even his fines are paid by someone else no wonder he doesnt care. Stormy Ho Daniels isnt some innocent in all this either, imo. come on....porn star and prostitute, getting paid of $130,000 to touch Donalds bloated body.
