hey spin - hope you're reading this...
i upgraded my vegas 1.0A to 4.0 - now my delta audiophile 2496 is recognized and showing on both playback and record meters.
i'm able to record a track through my mixer - but am getting a feedback loop from track 1 everytime i enable track 2 to record...
i've tried several mixer configurations - always the same feedback loop.
here's the approximate layout:
main output from mixer to delta input
delta output to mixer tape input
mixer control rm out to amplifier (monitors)
i also tried...
main out from mixer to delta input
delta output to amplifier (monitors)
amp monitor out to mixer tape input
but i believe it's a software issue with vegas (the way i must have it configured) because even with mixer powered off and output running directly to monitors - i still get the feedback loop whenever i engage a second track to record...
