Trouble locating FX in Reaper

I have downloaded Sitala and MODO bass. However, despite my best efforts, they are not included in my FX lists. I have attached two screenshots, one shows where the downloads are stored and the second shows the path in Reaper. Can anyone help. Many thanks, Brian

I don't see any screenshots, but if you have the proper path's set in Reaper's VST list... perhaps a "Re-Scan" will fix your issue. Also note that MODO Bass is a VSTi, so I don't know if you're looking for a VST or VST3.

Can you screen shot of the ADD FX list from a track? Then you can look at the list by developer. Is IK Multimedia listed? You should see something there. Maybe the VSTs should be in your IK Multimedia folder.
