How to install Pocketblakus in Reaper

I (still a newbie) have downloaded Pocketblakus to my PC. (Pocketblakus seems to be an excellent cello vst). I simply transferred the file from Download in the PC to Program Files/Common Files/VST3/ This path is used by me in Reaper for other FX downloads. However, when I try to load this new FX, I cannot find it anywhere. I am assuming that I have not installed it properly. Any guidance would be appreciated. Many thanks, Brian
