How do I use the Trition's multiple outs? Should I have each of the outs in mono? Or should I use some kind of virtual track situation and do a portion at a time? I record on the Yamaha aw4416 & Sonar2.oXL. And whats up with this whole sub-mixing thing? SHould I use that approach instead to get the most out of the tracks that i have?

For each track on the Triton sequencer you can select one of the individual outputs. You have to dig around in the first couple of pages to find out where to do it.

The Outs are all mono when you're using the sequencer. Unless you're just monitoring out of the L-R default stereo mix.
