Trade my AT4047 sv for your...

I would like to trade my AT4047 for a couple of lower end mics of the times, and will consider all offers.

I have interest in c1, v69,v77,nt1000 b3 etc. Maybe a gt55? looking for different flavors for vocal and acoustic guitar mainly alt-folky type stuff.

So, if you were lucky then I guess that most people pay between
lets say 450 and 499??

And if that is so then why would you post your price when you know that it is an anomolie in 4047 pricing?

I am sure a good used price is somewhere close to $400 give or take.

The used value is 66% of new, discount (mail order) price for production gear.

I track this stuff extensively on eBay, and the 66% rule of thumb holds true very often.

Collector's items, out of production gear, and hard to find items are the exception to the rule. The other exeception is Rane gear... it sells for MUCH less than 66% of new price. QSC power amps sell for much higher... go figure.

I paid $217 shipped for my set of Studio Project C4. They are new all the time on eBay for $369. The AT4047 sell new around $469. At 66%, a used one is about $310.

Ultimately, an item is only worth what it sells for. If yours brings $400, then that is what it is worth. The new C4 on eBay are not selling at all for $369, but they definitely sell at $200.
 
Not many things sell easily these days.
Thats why I am working on a trade.
I think I have one working now.

C4 for 20 bucks? im guessing used... but wow... tell me when u see another deal like that !
