hey does any1 know where i can download tracks to mix and play around with?

Check out the MP3 clinic. People put up tracks for Mix Contests. There are severla there recently... might have to go back a few pages to find them.

i mean like pro tools files that are instruments and can work on it like that

You download the wav files and import them into PT.
